He bought the pickup from the widow at a price I don't know from Yosemite and brought it to Yuba City to his house to sell it. He thought he might restore it but he said he doesn't have time and would rather sell it to some one who would fix it to originality. And I did try telling him that I could buy 39 Chevy pickups professionally fixed (no slopped on bondo but a thorough clean job) for that price. But he said that this has everything original, those restored ones don't have the original like this has. So from over the phone he's firm on that price. But I'll be checking in once in a while offering him what it's really worth. We'll see.
