I grew up in the time when the 327 was considered the ultimate small block, and great examples are still powering a lot of interesting vehicles. But most people I know that go big block never go back, and the spare 327 may end up just consuming valuable real estate under the bench.
If you have another project vehicle off in the future somewhere I'd keep the 327, otherwise I'd let it go and put the money into more improvements on the current installation.
