tclederman, yes it is a breather style cap. No outlet on the air cleaner, in fact I am not sure it is the right air cleaner. Most trucks I saw in my younger days had the oil bath type when they were this age. This has a paper element type. No inlet on the valve cover either. Who knows what they have changed.
