Did you install a hose from your air cleaner to the valve covers? Do you have fittings for a hose on your air cleaner and valve cover?
It looks like you have a breather-style oil filler cap. I could well be wrong, but I think that a PCV system is a sealed system and it does not have a breather-style cap.
