I'd measure across my radiator. Just my guess would be a 16" wide fan and a single should do it as I imagine your engine is not sitting as low as some in our AD trucks. I'm sure others will voice their opinion and then you can sort all of it out.

I might add that I made my own brackets out of 3/4" wide 1/8" thick Aluminum. You can get a 3 ft stick at Lowes or Ace hardware ect. I don't like sticking those plastic "pins" tht comes with some fans through my high dollar radiator..... but the bigger fans usually come with a "slot" to use a small bolt to attach the bracket. Bend the aluminum to fit and then fasten on a bolt that is also holding the radiator on. To do this I cut me a piece of coat hanger and bent as a template and then cut the aluminum to the template, drilled the holes and it looks good.
