What kind of lubricant is used on a stock Delco generator for a 235?

I noticed there are 2 filler holes on mine front and back. But was not sure if I use motor oil. Looking at the assembly manual SEC 14 sheet 9.00 looks like 10W engine oil plus "extreme pressure compound." What is extreme pressure compound?
