Joe, I have checked the vacuum and it was around 18 I believe but when it was checked I did the vacuum check with the choke closed as it would not run without being choked. Now it will run without being choked so I will check it again. I have checked the timing but can't remember exactly what it was when it was running the sweetest. It has been so long since I held a timing light I wasn't sure how to do it.
