This engine was completely rebuilt years ago and has never really been used or run because of this problem. The engine parts should all be new or nearly new. I can't imagine that anything could be worn out. Is there a logical sequence of events to go through to tune this engine. I have gone back and forth through so many systems that I'm afraid everything is screwed up.
