Did you check the metering rod adjustment. It is critical on this carb. With the throttle closed you press down on the bracket holding the rod. Measure the distance from the bottom of the bracket were the rod is & the top of the carb fuel bowl. It is usually 2-3/32 in. Like Nate says you need the speck sheet to adjust the carb acurately. There is a lot of variation from carb to carb. Also make sure your accel pump has a good shot. If you want the specks on it send me the carb number & I can look it up Monday.
