Unless we learn to self-police our towing efforts we're going to find enforcement of draconian legislative actions forced upon us.
Meanwhile many are arguing that because they got away with it last time it will be safe next time. Enough people are being killed on the national level that it may be too late to head off new legislation.
I will not be surprised if we see proposals denying the use of personal dollys in the next year or so.
