This may seem like a dumb question but thought I should ask. I just recently purchased a new fuel pump for my 51 1/2 ton. This new pump looks as if it will be put in upside down compared to the one that is currently on the engine. Does the line from the gas tank have to be bolted to the inlet side of the pump that says "IN". Or, does it make a difference. :rolleyes: If so, they sold me the wrong pump.
