I know that I have seen this before, but searching it out I cannot find anything relevant. I put disc brakes on my 52 and was planning on trying to put a master/booster in. Either under the floor or through the dash. The under the floor I keep hearing cannot be done with the stock transmission and that the clutch gets in the way. I thought I found a thread on this before.
Then I was looking at using a donor through the wall brake pedal and found that the location and the steering column is in the way. I see that they make a through the column mount, but the price is a bit high was wondering if anyone has come up with some other solution.
Engine 216 Stock manual transmission truck was a 1 ton is now a 1/2 ton. BTW I have some weird looking canisters under the cab beneath the passenger seat, could be a pump of some sort. Any one know what it was on a 1 ton? Thank you
