My setup wasn't a kit.
The perma-cool #1731 filter mount came from Summit Racing.
I made the bracket from some scrap 1/8" steel.
The Fram PH8 filter came from Wal-Mart.
The lines and fittings came from O'Reilly Auto parts.
The tight radius tubing bender came from Harbor Freight.

I used 1/4 tubing with flare fittings.
I do not recommend this -- too hard to make the short line fit. I would use compression fittings on at least one end if I were to do it again. Or hoses.
