| | | | Joined: Aug 2002 Posts: 154 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Aug 2002 Posts: 154 | my seat (51 chevy) the original clips were inside the channel that runs around bottom of the seat.The vinal was wrapped over the channel and the clips were pushed into the channel to hold the material. when I redid the seat I put it back together the same way using a putty knife to push the clips into the channel.
