Are you not getting gas at the carb or no gas at the outlet side of the pump. IF you are only checking at the inlet side of the carb, pull the line at the outlet side of the pump and turn the engine over. If you get gas there when turning the engine over you have a plugged gas line between the pump and carb. If you don't get gas at the outlet side of the pump with no line connected you have a bad pump. The other alternative would be no gas to the pump but if your bowl fills that shouldn't be the problem.
