That engine in the first post was awesome. Not what I want in a workhorse, however.
Sixes in stock condition are adequate, although not thrilling. I have a 235 in my 55.2, and am looking into fuel injection. I'll probably end up building my own intake manifold and going port injection if I can find the time. Throttle body injection is an improvement in driveability, but without timed injection not much economy difference is going to be found.
