Pulled the transmission out of Old Red ('48 2 ton) and the clutch bearing cover is busted. That and it leaks oil like a sieve. It does have PTO and it probably leaks too around the seals. About what would I be looking at for a transmission shop to give it a going through, renewing seals and gaskets, and replacing clutch bearing cover? Just a ball park figure. I have the book, but it looks to me like it takes a bunch of special pullers and presses. Maybe this ought to be tackled by someone with experience.
