Around my area I run 10w30 all the time. Just recently I ask a long time service manager what kind of oil they are putting in their cars here in MY AREA since the oil caps all say 5-30 and his reply was "in this area we use nothing but 10w30".
So, look at the temperature extremes and go from there. | | |
