You might find more help on a Ford site. Most the guys here are only working on one truck and their knowledge is really limited to those few they have worked on. And your Ford isn't something they have much exposure to and therefore little knowledge to share...
I sure know very little about F-1 and F-100 Fords even though at one time I was a mechanic in a shop that serviced a fleet of F-600 and F-700 trucks.
