Well, I missed the whole thing from the beginning, but I use 4/0 cable for the simple reason that I keep 4/0 on hand for my trucks and no one in town has 2/0. I thread it through to the original battery box with a group 1 battery. I know its overkill, but its just a matter of convenience.
