Tomcoe 'Bolter T Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 584 Visalia, CA	Heat riser is open when the counter weight is rotated to the left (forward), or more vertical. Closed when the flat spot is horizontal to the ground. I'm sure that is right, but somebody correct me if not...that is the way my COE is and they are not identical, but very close.
