Has anyone had issues with Summit Racing and Holley Products?

Over the last few years, in the buildup of my truck, I spent literally thousands on parts from both of them. As a loyal customer, I expected them to stand behind their products and provide good customer service.

However, a Weiand blower I purchased from them developed a leak after less than 1000 miles of normal use and a new Dbl pumper 750 Holley carb (also purchased from Summit) was problematic from the start.

Instead of offering to replace the defective parts, I was referred to Holley by Summit where in the case of the carb, I was offered nothing and in the case of the blower ($2400 bucks by the way) was sent the parts to repair it (requires a shop with a press which I don't have so I have to hire someone to fix it, at my expense).

When I voiced my frustration to Holley and to Summit, I was ignored.

This experience has convinced me NOT to purchase from either of them again.

I was curious as to whether or not anyone else had a similar experience.
