If you don't mind me saying, I wouldn't recommend shifting without the clutch until you have it mastered with the clutch, if you haven't already. I personally always use the clutch. We took a poll on another truck board recently and I was surprised on how many of us use the clutch. I thought I was in a low number group, but close to half do indeed still use it.
I have more control and can shift quicker and smoother using the clutch. Basically speaking, the only time I don't use it, other than just goofing around, is when a break a clutch rod or something.
