As oldsub says they are not bolt on extensions, but a complete hub assy. The front hub from a single wheel truck will go right back in its place though.I have swapped them back and forth and made Disk brake set-ups for them numerous times, Especially on the "Texas Beast" Cummins Bolt---------------
