Take the old sleeve and slip it over a old pinion or solid pipe and beat it a few times with a hammer, rotating as you work it. Most of the time it will expand them out a few thousands and then you can reuse it. If that fails, Napa sells replacement crush sleeves in the "Help" line of parts out on the floor displays. You might find one that would work.
