I just replaced mine last spring. Had the Big Boss (wife) for help. Put the rubber around the glass, then used the rope and lots of soapy water to pull the rubber inside the cab while the BB put a little pressure on the glass and rubber from the outside.
Now that center bead was another story. I didn't have the little tool. I used fingers, screwdriver and more soapy water. It took much longer. In the end, everything worked out okay and looks good.
