to properly torque a bolt (wheel, flywheel, etc.) you must know are you tightening dry, lubricated, zinc plated, phosphorus etc. These all factor into the torque value. Wheels and other rotating assemblies are considered a class 1 requirement. Generally, if you lubricate with anti-seize, back off of the torque value to about 90% of the dry torque spec. And NEVER use an impact wrench, always a torque wrench.

I agree with Bill, hydro-packing a fastener is a problem (you should see what it does to aluminum castings).
