This is the anti seize we use. http://www.permatex.com/documents/tds/Automotive/80206.pdf I don't see anything mentioned about ground glass. Our impacts are capable of putting out 1400 ft. lbs. of torque. Securex recommends 450 to 500 ft. lbs. on their fasteners. If you don't use something like a torque stick, you will pull threads with or without anti seize.
