Here's a good article in Fleet Owner magazine that dispels the never-seize myth. http://fleetowner.com/equipment/tiretracks/fleet_debunking_myth/#In addition, every wheel catalog I've got (dozens) say to torque stud piloted nuts dry to about 450 pounds. Hub piloted guidelines aren't as simple (if this then do this, if that then do that).
