My blower switch is a pull out switch that is located on the bottom edge of the dash, just to the left of the steering column, so that you pull down to turn it on. It sort of looks like it has been moved. Was it originally front mounted so you pull it out to turn on the blower? Where should it be located? I couldn't find the blower switch location in the owners manual.
