Is this his fault ? And no this will not go to court. p.s this went on for one month. I ended up leaving with a different carb. Mine was still on the bench a month later with a brand new rebuild kit waiting for it. He also sent me away with old hoses. Thankful I had just enough cash to replace the hoses before I left.
