Hers a Tip that was posted here a while back that I used & it works great.
Open the hood and loosen your hinge bolts a bit now lay a pc. of 4X4 across your hood latch in front of the radiator, now close the hood down and let it rest on the 4X4 and push the back of the hood down onto the cowl seal and have a partner tighten up the hinge bolts.
Give that a try it should fix you problem.
