I agree with all of the above, watch local papers talk to machine shops etc. Lots of the V8 guys just toss the 235s out with the trash. The 54 to 62 235s and 261 inlines are a bolt in to your truck with only a couple very minor issues to attend to. 235s will bolt up to your bellhousing and front motor mount. Read all the tech tips on this site and you'll be an expert.
