loose connection? maybe one of the heavy cables [batt to grnd, batt to starter, or jumper cable] has a bunch of the small wires broke off the connector? starter getting tired and drawing too much juice so the coil doesn't get enough? could check that by running a wire right to the coil from one of the 12v's and the other 12v right to the starter
