If you can find a tapered roller bearing setup with the correct ID and OD specifications, it should be very simple to have a spacer ring machined for the seal to ride on. Just LocTite the spacer to the load tube or spindle, and go with the more common tapered roller as a replacement. I've done this on a couple of oddball imports with no direct replacement bearings in the past.
