"back in the day" it was a safety issue about getting out on the drivers side into traffic. In todays world just get you another lock and put one on the driver side like I did my 52panel.
This goes back a long way. My 37 has a "knob" on the inside of the drivers door that you twisted, then slide out the passenger side and locked it from the street.
Back in those days I guess folks were afraid of stepping out in the path of a horse and buggy!! | | |
