I have 650-16 bias ply on my 49 and they measure about 30" tall. They do fill the well but at times they look to tall. If you want a radial which is the equivalent the size is 215/85 R16 which might be an inch shorter but a bit wider. I have seen them on a stock 51 and they look good.
