Rims for the 3/4 ton are tough. The problem is setback, distance from the hub face to the back of the rim. Don't know what the front end is like on the 46, but on the AD trucks the problem is with clearing the tie rod ends. I put a pair of 16" rims from an early 90s 3/4 ton on the rear, but they won't clear the tie rod ends on the front. So I'm still running 15" lock-ring rims on the front. Rims from Dodge and Ford have the same bolt pattern, but you can't run stock hubcaps with them.
Some guys have used white spoke trailer rims. Summitt Racing and LMC also show 8 bolt rims in their catalogs, but I don't know what the setback is.
