As 57blevins suggest I'd check with the state DMV... AND when dealing with title folks ask all the questions BEFORE you send them your money. Some of them go through a couple states before you get what you want.
I just went through a nightmare with Ca. and they are the ones that screwed up!!! Its a long story!!
A while back there were a couple folks mentioned that did a good job but can't remember. I"m sure you'll get more responds and perhaps someone who has dealt with this exact one can share their story. Sorry to mislead you about this particular one when I don't know them. | | |
