Side note on setting the float level - The first time I rebuilt mine, I set the float level too high(to the top of the housing inside the carb). It wouldn't start. I took it back apart, and set the float level from the bottom of the housing.(the seam around the carb. where the gasket goes) It started right up after that. I don't know how yours is, but mine was set way too high at first.
