Thanks Squeeze I'm seeing that BUT one side has "wings" tacked onto the body of the regulator that the screws go threw. Seems to defeat the purpose of the grommets. Also I have another newer regulator that doesn't have the grommits at all?

I hate electrical, give me a pair of vise grips and the shop manual and I'll do mechanical all day long!
