I have the 2 arms into the bottom of the window long sash. I have the 3rd arm attached ot a small channel welded to the inside of the door. where does the 4th arm go? the gear piece on the regualtor on mine has a approx. 5" long piece of metal on it hinged w/ a stud. it can move clockwise or counter clockwise. is this where the 4th arm goes? when my window is attached to the regualtor, and the sash isd screwed in, and the 3rd arm is in the door channel, ym window still does not go up or down. I think the key is the 4th arm??
