need some pictures, sounds messy wink see here, there's 2 arms that have 'pegs' that slot into the channel attached to the bottom of the glass [the sash], the 3rd arm goes into a short piece of the same kind of channel that's attached inside the door, that gives the leverage for the other arms to move the glass
