Jim, there's a fair number of them around if ya look enuff - there was a listing on e-bay just recently, guy had like 14 of'em up - the trans itself is the same as any 3spd, the OD tail should last a good while if ya don't abuse it, the only scarce bit is the solenoid - I've got 2 right now, but I'm gonna use an NPA833 [OD 4th] in one truck, the OD's in others
