1.5 degrees is the spec for 3100/3200, 3 for 3600, 2.25 for 3800. Allow for .5 degree tolorance. More positive caster will make for more stability, but will create more steering effort. Negative caster will make for easier steering, but will not be as stable, especially at higher speeds.
