GMONIZ, Where in any of my posts did I doubt any of the info you gave or say that I thought the truck was special and worth more than your estimate? I used the comparison with the COPO cars to show that things out of the ordinary do happen. CLETIS said the truck was never built. I'm just going by what the family said. Then there are the smart (alecks) who insinuated that I claimed the V8 was part of the Navy special order. I never said that. I did say the original engine went with it and assumed you would know it was a 6. Once again I'm sorry I wasted everyone's time.
