As a car dealer, I have spent alot of time, energy and resources on vehicles like this hoping for a happy ending for someone. If you analyze what it would take to restore this vehicle to operational, to nicely driveable, and to show condition you will llikely realize that the parts offer is authentic. This has too many areas to spend money on. You may consider taking offers complete or for parts and compare. One thing is for sure. The first offer may be the only buyer and I would advise that you listen to their offer as they may be the market for this truck. If the seller can afford to sit on it, a bit or organization along with a for sale sign could be productive.
