I've been through your area and seen that load of old Fords. That guy's sitting on a goldmine for now. Unfortunately, the generation that really loves those cars is dying off. I'll bet in 15-20 years those cars will only have half the desirablility they do now.
Now: Back to our program. I've been through several okd trucks in the last 15 years, and finally got a good solid one that's been maintained. The steering and suspension isn't worn out, the engine runs well, and I bought it dry then had it painted. It's probably worth double what I'm into it for, but I couldn't likely replace it for that. I searched for over a year to find one that wasn't worn out.
