Hy K9sicem, you should replace the pilot bearing in the center of the crankshaft, and check/replace your throwout bearing as well. You will need alignment rings of a larger diameter I think. I wouldn't try to mount the oil filter till the engine is back in the truck, just because of interference possibilities. Are you aware that you must use a shorter water pump for this swap? You have a couple of choices on how you do that. Good luck.
