| | | | Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 1,867 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 1,867 | Can anyone tell me the difference between the flexible rear brake hose on a 1972 Chevy 1/2 ton with coil springs and one with leaf springs? Looking through the various FLAPS comes up with a hose for leaf springs while some of the other vendors list the parts with different part numbers between the two types of rear suspensions.
A blown wheel cylinder and new shoes is snowballing into more work then I had planned as I steadily destroy the brake lines and strip threads trying to get the fittings apart.
